got some blackworms for the finned kids!!

So had heard bettas like blackworms and found a local source. I must be the most loved betta "mom" today!! They slurp them up like spaghetti and it's quite funny to watch. Am hoping that this will increase my spawns too.

neat.  yes, you'll probably notice a difference... Mine love the white worms and I notice they spawn more readily after being fed white worms for a few days.  Plus, I feed white worms to the pair and the father in the spawning tank - I don't have to worry about them fouling the water if they are not eaten right away since they live for a little while in the water... at least long enough for them to be eaten up eventually

Yeah My Bettas just love black worms.  They have lots of fat though so don't feed them to your Bettas every day.  The worms are good to fatten up young Bettas and just before spawning.
I just love to watch them eat the worms. Nothing funnier then watching a Betta trying to eat a worm three times it's length. 
Have you ever had two Bettas grab a different end of one worm. Whit a tug of war.
