Hey guys,

It's official now that I got my new job, so I will be heading to Ontario during the first two weeks of July.  Grin  The dates/timeline haven't been drawn up yet, but I'm planning to be there to pick up my Thailand fish from Zena on the 11th anyway.

While I'm in Ontario, I have alot of things on my wishlist.....

I'm still looking for a couple of pairs of betta simplex for my big tank.

I'm looking for a new starter culture of white worms.

I'm looking for a clutch of purple apple snails (Can I still get one from you Cat?)

I'm hoping to check out Big Al's for a new Fluval filter so I can design a central filtration system for my 5 Gallon tanks (that's going to be a big project, but I'm hoping it will make a big difference in the water quality of the tanks and therefore the health of my breeders).  I also want to let my son check out the huge shark tank  Cool

Anyway,  I'm also hoping to be able to actually meet some of you guys face-to-face (finally).  It's funny how one can count so many among their friends, and yet not have actually met them before!    So, I'll let everyone know what dates I'll be in the GTA and hopefully we'll get a chance to see each other.

Which Big Al's are you planning on going to??? If your heading out to the one in Scarborough you can stop the Pj's i work at which is about 10 minutes away from Al's... we also sell the Fluval filters and I may be able to get you a discount on it.

I have some adult striped purple snails if you are looking for some.  They are all just starting to lay.

I saw Kim's snail tank yesterday and it's full of purple snails Smiley  They looked very healthy too...

Hope you have a good time in the GTA.  I likely won't make it over during the first two weeks in July Sad

Hi Heather
I have a number of large purple stripped snails.  Have several clutches but can't say for sure if they will be purple stripped.  I'll keep an eye on who is laying. Your welcome to some adults.  Easy to take back.  Just wrap in damp paper towels and place in a empty fish food container. Carry on the plane in your carry on.
Looking forward to meeting up with you too.
Take care
Catherine
